Company Name - Enter the name of the company which has a project
Project Name - Enter the name of the project
Project Type - Choose a project type from the dropdown list of project types.
Project Value (amount) - Enter the cost of the project in numbers.
Currency - Choose the appropriate currency from the multiple selector for the cost of the project.

Once you submit the details of the project, go to the submissions, and select a project where a right panel appears. Click on the SUBMITTED icon and select the status of the project from the list: Ongoing, On-Hold, Completed, Delivered.
Enter the details of the PoC such as name, mobile number, and email address.

Type of Personnel - Select the type of personnel from the dropdown list.
Number of Intakes - Enter the number of intake personnel for the project.
Employee Code - Enter the employee code of the project personnel.

2. Employee Master - Record all the list of employees and the details of all the employees that will be assigned to the projects.
Enter the Employee details: name, email, mobile number, and designation.
City - Enter the name of the city where the employee is stationed.
City Head Name - Enter the name of the city head.
City Head Email - Enter the email address of the city head.
State - Select the state from the single selector menu.
State Head Name - Enter the name of the person who is the head of state.
State Head Email - Enter the email address of the state head.

The task tracker app consists of two sections namely: Project Selection and Task Details.
Select Project - Select the project from the list of projects and the associated details of the selected project such as Company Name and Project Name are automatically fetched from the Project Master app.

Current Task Status - Select the status of the task from the dropdown list: To Do, Doing, Done, Verified.
Task Name - Enter the name of the task to be assigned.
Select Task Owner - Select the employee and other details are automatically fetched from the Employee Master app, such as Owner Name, Owner Email, Owner Mobile Number, and Owner Designation.
Enter the Due Date and Due time of the task along with any Comments or necessary files as Attachment(s).

After clicking on the submit button, the employee will receive an email with the details of the project and the task details assigned. The email reads as follows:

Project Name: (name of the project)

In case of poor internet connection, the data filled in the Project Master app, Employee Master app, and Task Tracker app can still be submitted. All the data gets synced automatically once the smartphone is connected to a stable internet connection.
