Assigning apps to Workplace users

This is some text inside of a div block.

After adding users to your workplace, you can now assign users to the apps in your workplace.

  • Go to your workplace. Select an app which you want to assign to the user.

You can assign users to your app in two ways:

  1. Go to the design tab and click on the 3rd option in the row with (person)+ icon.

A right panel with the option of users and permissions will open up.

OR

  1. In the Design App tab, go to the Distribute field and select User Access option. A similar right panel, as mentioned above, with with the option of users and permissions will open up.

Select the user from the dropdown list. These are the users who are already in youur workplace.

Next, select the appropriate permission you want the user to have in the app.

Click on the Assign button to assign the app to the user.

Note:

If the user is not added to the workplace, you can still assign the app to the user by entering their email ID. They will receive a link via email regarding the same where they can click on the link and join the app.
