Frequently Asked Questions
What does a user license mean?
Clappia provides a cloud workplace where you can create apps to be used by all your users. We generally charge for each user in the system irrespective of the number of apps created or used by them. You need to buy a license for each user.
Some users will use the apps occasionally. Per-user license looks impractical.
Per-user licensing is the simplest method to get started. When you have a large number of users who will use the apps occasionally, then you should request a custom pricing. We reduce the pricing for such users.
I don’t want to make apps myself. Can I pay for app development as well?
We have several partners who can configure the apps for you at a nominal cost. Let us know your requirement and we will connect you with the right partners.
Can I share credentials?
You can share credentials for the web app. However, multiple users should not log in with the same credentials in the mobile app. The system may throw warnings and disable access.
Can I cancel my plan at any time? I am afraid to put my credit card on auto-billing?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. If our system charged you for the current month because you forgot to cancel, contact us and we will refund.
What is a public facing app?
You can make an app public-facing (like a form) so that any user can use the apps without signing up. We don't charge for such unauthenticated users. However, mobile apps won't be accessible to such users.
