Are the licenses purchased assigned to fixed users?
No, the number of licenses are not assigned to specific users permanently. They are designed to be replaceable. Let's say you purchase 10 licenses, and later on, if 3 users from your team leave or switch projects, you have the flexibility to remove those users and reassign those unused licenses to another set of users. This ensures that you can optimize the allocation of licenses based on your team's evolving needs, making the most efficient use of your licenses.
I do not want to learn how to build these apps. Can you help?
We recommend that you build the apps yourself so that you may add them as needed. If you get stuck somewhere you may rely on our assistance. If you still don't want to build we can put you in touch with some of our experienced service partners who can build these apps for you at a low cost.
What if the limit for the No. of Records per month of my workplace has reached?
Consider a user using Free Plan which has the limit of 400 records per month. If the user has created 400 new submissions then the user won't be able to create a new submission in the same month. Once the next month starts, the user can create 400 new submissions again. The data of both the months will be available to the admin.
What payment methods are available?
There are a variety of payment options accessible, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Domestic and International Transfers and so on. A minimum of three months' payment is required for payment methods other than Credit Card.
Why do you have a User-based pricing?
Clappiais most commonly used for Business process apps. We don't want firms to have to go through the procurement procedure for every app they require. If you purchase the Clappia platform for, say 50 users, you can continue to add more apps for these 50 users without paying anything to us. This guarantees that the team doesn't hesitate to add apps for any scenario that may arise.
However, we recognise that in some circumstances, per-user pricing may not be feasible. In these cases, please contact us for a custom quote.
If I delete a submission, will it be considered in the No. of Records per month?
If a submission is made and then deleted then it will still be counted as a record. Submission count will count the number of new submissions from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. It will reset on the first day of the next month.
For Example: A user has created a workplace in the Free Plan which allows 400 records per month. The user creates 200 new submissions and then deletes 100 submissions. The submissions count will be counted as 300. The user can create 100 more submissions only.
I am afraid to use my credit card on the auto-pay mode
If an automatic payment was made that you did not want to make, please notify us within 30 days and we will issue a refund. We want our customers to pay for the value they receive rather than for the errors they make.
