Clappia mobile apps work offline as well. You just need to open your particular app inside Clappia once and they will be loaded even if there is no internet. You can submit data to this and the submitted data will be uploaded automatically whenever you are connected to the internet.
This feature is available on both Android and iOS Apps.

How does it work?
Creating new submissions
While the users have internet connection, they need to open the Clappia mobile app once and open the specific apps that they want to access when there is no internet connection. This ensures that the apps can fully load when the users are offline.
Next, when the users visit some site without proper internet connection, they just need to open their Clappia app and submit their data. They will see a message like this after submitting.When the users are back online, their submissions will sync with online.
File uploads, GPS Location blocks also work offline. So users just need to upload photos/videos/location and sync will happen once they are online. Users will see notifications like these while their submission-sync is in progress.
Editing existing submissions
Editing submissions require an extra step to be followed by the users.
While the users have internet connection, they need to open the Clappia mobile app once and open the specific apps that they want to access when there is no internet connection.
In addition, they need to load their existing submissions. The submissions list can be huge, but users might not be working on all of them in a day. So they can make use of filters. For example, load all submissions that are created in last 7 days, or all submissions that are assigned to them, or all submissions which are in 'Open' status. All this needs to be done while the users are online.
After this, the steps will be same as for Create Submission. When the users visit some site without proper internet connection, they just need to open their Clappia app, navigate to the submissions view, open an already loaded submission and edit it. They will see a message like this after submitting.
When the users are back online, their submissions will sync with online.

Managing Offline Data
When you open the Clappia mobile app, you can view and manage offline submissions using the Offline Data option.
Accessing Offline Data Tap on the three-dot menu at the bottom-right corner of the Clappia app. You will see the Offline Data option.
Pending Submissions and Files If you have made submissions while offline or if there was low connectivity, the Offline Data page shows:
Pending Submissions – Total number of forms waiting to be uploaded.
Pending Files – Media files (photos, videos, etc.) queued for upload. These uploads will complete automatically once you are back online.
Refresh and Send Logs
Refresh: If uploads have not gone through or if the counts for pending submissions/files are not updating, tap Refresh to retry syncing.
Send Logs: If submissions are stuck despite an active internet connection, tap Send Logs. A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you want to send diagnostic logs to Clappia’s support team for troubleshooting.
If you are not able to send the logs the first time, you will get an error message to try again (make sure there is internet connection at this time).
Upload Status Once all submissions and files are successfully uploaded, the screen will show a message stating there is no pending data.
