This article is for the workplace admins who are building apps for the users.
If you are facing any issues in the app and you need to contact support regarding the same, you can easily assign the app to the Clappia support team.
In the Edit App mode, go to the Configurations tab and select Request Support option. A right panel with Request Support button appears. Click on it.
A Pop-up regarding the details of the issue that you are facing will be asked. Fill it appropriately and submit.
The app will be automatically assigned to the support team as you can see the Clappia Support user will be added to your workplace and the corresponding app. An email of the same will be automatically sent to the Clappia support team.
Once the issue is resolved you can delete the user, Clappia Support, from the app and workplace.
